1、采用防水劑補償收縮砼建造60m以上鋼筋砼結構，可不留后澆帶，以膨脹加強帶代替后澆帶，連續澆灌砼。可解決后澆縫的清理與鑿毛給施工帶來麻煩；解決后澆縫須在60天后澆筑、工期長、滲漏隱患多的弊病。

2、防水劑的硫鋁酸鈣膨脹劑組份具有補償砼收縮達到抗裂之功效；砼在水中養護14天限制膨脹率≥0.015%，而一般防水劑只能抗滲，不能抗裂；
